Will we EVER find a spare minute?

Got up at the crack of dawn to send our wee vintage Mini off to have a major valet ahead of selling it - we love that wee car but we've only beeen using it once every month or so, so it seems a shame not to give someone else a chance to take over the wheel.  We'll see what happens...

Next up was our press call at The Pavilion for the panto we're doing.  It's behind you!  Robin Hood is SOOOOOOOOOOO us.  As party of the morning we spoke to The Sunday Mail,  The Times and The Sun and then we did a wee blurb for STV which we've just seen played out on the tea time news.  OMG - those outfits were startlingly OTT!!!  It was great fun running up and down Sauchiehall Street in full costume!

Our dressing up clothes back in the box, we headed down to Remnant Kings to buy curtains for our master bedroom suite and some really elegant black drapes for our grey panelled drawing room.  It's great to finally be dressing our Glasgow home.  God, it's been a long time coming!

Later in the day we went to look at a house near the Clyde for a friend who's thinking of investing and we finally made it back home at 5pm to oversee a fabulous team of flat pack building boys assembling some recent Ikea purchases.

For the rest of the evening we're desk bound, writing columns for The Sunday Mail and The Toronto Star.  And we're composing our thoughts for our column in Closer mag where we're resident agony uncles.  Our pens are poised...  That's poised.... not poisoned!

In the meantime there's a little bit of dinner to put together.  Steak pie and stovies.  Ah, it's good to be home...

More later...
