We are SO in the bad books...
Today we got MAJOR pelters from a customer in Ikea who said she'd sent us a letter, and complained we didn't respond. We enquired as to which address she'd posted said letter. Sunday Mail? Our agent? Our publicist? Did she email our website? "No," she replied frostily, "I posted it to 'Colin and Justin, Glasgow'''. She was totally furious... Who are we? Santa? Sometimes you just can't win... xx
