Hell mend us...

What have we done to deserve this degree of inclement weather?  Three weeks of rain and virtually every other seasonal hazard - except for snow - have hampered our existence.  Still, we're sure the onset of a snow white flurry is only a matter of time.  HOWEVER - today has actually been really lovely.  The sky finally cleared and the sun shone.  Please let it stay that way.   For the love of all that is good and just.

Spent the morning scouring antique stores for old bowler hats and walking sticks.  Don't even ask: we'll post pics of what we're planning!

Gearing up to head back to Toronto next week but we've exciting plans for the weekend before all the transatlantic stuff unravels.  We're off to the Cartier Polo Tournament at Windsor this Sunday and we plan rubbing shoulders with yet more Royals.  We were guests at the Queens Garden Party last week and then The Duke of Edinburgh Awards )which we co poresented) so matters of a blue blooded nature are particularly current in the McAllister Ryan household.

It'll be good to get back to our wee flat in Chelsea, London.  'Cos we've been reworking our Glasgow and Toronto pads, our darling pied a terre has taken a back seat but plans are afoot to turn it into a small but perfectly formed piece of designer heaven!   We're currently searching for a good contractor in London so if you know of anyone that's up for the job, please let us know!

Watched the Karl Lagerfeld doc' last night.  We'd def' recommend it to anyone who's a fashion fan.  We found it particularly scandalous when he referred to his models as his 'livestock'...

Today we finished off re concreting some steps in our Glasgow home and had a Subway sandwitch for lunch.  Oh, the glamour...

Working on a new show format for Australia.  Things are moving rather swiftly with that one so hopefully we'll be able to report the details soon!
