Bedroom bliss!
Good afternoon everyonel! Well, we've been busy beavers. We got up at the crack of dawn to record a radio commercial for Birmingham based Starplan Bedrooms. The team at Savalas studios were as fab' as ever (we tend to do loads of corporate work from there) and made the whole thing very easy. Being first take Tina's, we were able to cut the booking time by two hours. Lol! Then we jumped in our car and headed to The Cross Keys, Kippen for lunch with Debs, Brian, Robyn and Archie. Great to catch up and blimey - that place gets better and better every time we go! You may have seen the briilliant review they got in last months Guardian. Very well deserved!
But now it gets a little more mundane: we're home...to grout and polish a stone floor at our front door. Ah, the joys of being in Scotland for a couple of weeks! Bliss!
Also on our diary for the evening is - wait for it! - clearing our house ahead of the carpets being laid tomorrow. That means scrubbing, dusting, polishing, moving beds, unpacking wardrobes and so on and so forth. We're VERY glamorous, don't you know...
