Ready for a spot of indoor outdoor dining?

We clad the walls in budget white pine stained 'honey' using a Nescafe tincture (one large jar of granules to a gallon of water) applied with a wallpaper brush. The cabinet at the rear was a pine IKEA Canada piece painted black. All resin faux antlers (formerly gold painted) were Christmas stock from Homesense which we recoloured black and white. Not bad for $8 each, right? Ceiling is black soffit and the chairs and faux sheepskins are also from Ikea. The floor was put together with offcuts of wood from all other project rooms and the dining table is actually a vintage door set onto $12 trestle legs. Accessories from The Haliburton Thrift Store sealed the cash conscious deal. You'll notice we like to save money while assembling our own homes? While it's easy for us to spend several hundred thousand dollars reconfiguring client projects, we're somewhat cannier with our own pounds and dollars.
