We\'re your Boston Terriers...

We got back on Monday evening after two glorious days in Boston.  We're working on a couple of new projects which saw us dash across from Billy Bishop airport and we have to admit to being SERIOUSLY impressed by the city.  First up it only takes 15 minutes to drive downtown from Boston airport so, almost as soon as we landed, we were at our hotel...

After a quick freshen up we went for a tour of the city with our pal Debs who was travelling with us.   It was graduation weekend so the streets were absolutelly alive and getting a table in a restaurant was a task in itself. But we were so high on the beautiful city that we weren't hassled by the wait.   The city is steeped in architectural history and very green in terms of parks etc.

We checked out some brilliant home and design shopping in the beautiful city (we've listed one of our fave finds as a C&J Recommend) and visited our first Home Goods and TJ Maxx stores - the US version of Canada's Homesense and the UK's TX Maxx which you know we adore!  If you're reading this and plan a shopping trip to Boston then check out the branches.  We bought marble vases (actually tissue holders but we like to look at things differently) and we eyed up some stunning bedding, most noteably by Cynthia Rowley.

Dinner was in a cute area of the city called The North End where a zillion and one Italian restaurants can be found.  Also worth a look; a buzzing littel enclave.  Uber chef Gordon Ramsay was filming next door but unfortunately we missed him.  We've worked with him on a couple of occasions and he's actually a sweet heart.  Telly clearly makes him mad sometimes!

Anyway - gotta dash.  We're off to Great Britain this evening.  Glasgow first for a while and then onwards to London.

Stay well and we'll write more soon,

C and J xx
