Yup - it's Dressed To Kilt time again.  We're not taking part this year but wish the organisers all the luck in the world for another fabulous weekend.  We're actually going to be in New York three days after the event so our timing wasn't quite right, but we know that everyone involved will have a wicked time.  Good luck!  It's a great project that sends Scotland's message all over the world!
