We\'re knackered!

Yup, it was an early wee start for us this morning.  First up was a guest spot on our gorgeous pal Cat's breakfast show on Real Radio.  Always really lovely to catch up with her, especially since becoming good friends during the Robin Hood panto.  A gorgeous girl and a fab broadcaster.

As soon as this was in the bag we headed into ITV studios to do Lorraine Kelly, after Daybreak.  Lorraine is off on a treck for Comic Relief so Kate Garroway was standing in and she's always lovely.  Ran into Dan Wooton from the News Of The World who's a pal of Murray, our publicist, and he seems like a decent guy.

Bought a copy of OK magazine when we left the studio and smiled when we read Kerry Katona's column.  She referenced that fact that we won the Anchor cream contest to find the celeb's that most people want to squirt with cream.  Hillarious.

When we got to rehearsals for Let's Dance we ran into Katie Price and it was fun catching up after such a long time.  She's been busy, and we've been busy, so our paths haven't crossed, but it was nice to gossip ahead of tomorrow's show.  Sure she'll be really good.  We watched part of her rehearsal and she's clearly having fun with her role!  But of course we're not allowed to say what routine she's doing.

After we finished rehearsal we headed to The Chelsea Day Spa for a spray tan (we were previously so white it was scary) then we bolted across the road to Choys for dinner which was kind of average.  Last time we were there it was far better.  £4.20 for a beer?  Now that's not fair...

Now back at the ranch and planning a wee mug of Earl Grey.  Rock and Roll, eh?
