Sing songs!

Yup, we're working with Cash For Kids on their 2010 Christmas single and yesterday we recorded a video clip to accompany the song.  Based in a large west end mansion (sourced especially for the shoot)  we worked with John McLaughlin and his team to create various mini films to accomany each of the tracks that we've recorded.  We still have to keep secret the actual track that will be released but it comes out on 12th December with all proceeds going to Cash For Kids.  Bauer radio are play listing it as we speak so we're very excited! 

 Doing the music videos was extra fun as we worked along side Aberlour, another wonderful childrens's charity, who are doing a Chritsmas single with Gamu.  Ours and hers are very different songs but it just so happened that her project was being worked on by the same team that filmed ours.  Sadly she wasn't able to attend the video recording - as she is still contractually bound to X Factor - but the song, written by David Clifford, her music teacher, is actually really lovely.  We wish her all the best!

Today we had our tech' rehearsal for Robin Hood at The Pavilion.  Seeing the show come to life with all the lights, music and theatrics was awesome.  Just two more days to go before the curtain goes up!  Yup, Wednesday here we come...

Went to Di Maggios for dinner with the cast and then headed back to The Pavilion where the tech' continued till 9.30.

And now?  Well, now we're home and planning on taking a roof top hot tub.  Sure, it's cold outside but there's something especially lovely about using the Jacuzzi in this weather.  The lovely mix of hot water and icy air...  Gorgeous!

Hey, we might even open a wee bottle of beer.  Our alcohol intake has dropped significantly (to almost zero) so it might just be time to treat ourselves!  Hic'...
