A painting we bought in Grand Cayman a few years ago

In light of these pics of the home we're currently looking at in Cayman, we though we'd post this painting. It really is, as we see it, an emotional piece of art. Read the tiny, heartfelt messages of love and support delivered by the bird as it attempts to build a safe home for the scared girl seeking safety, high in a tree, from Ivan's wicked breath. It's so moving. We just wanted you to see it, to feel it once again. We bought the painting in Cayman and it currently hangs in our Toronto condo. But now we think it really should return to Cayman. We'd like to take the beautiful girl home. And to position her in a house formerly devastated by the storm, one we plan to rebuild, seems the perfect way to round off her story...
