So who took the weather?

Anyway - we shouldn't grumble about the cooler weather as we've actually been too busy to enjoy it!  We started the day yesterday at The Toronto Star booth with our editor Gale Beeby and did an autograph signing session which lasted an hour or so.  This done we took to the main stage in an explosion of high drama before running through a large number of 'before and after' ('design miracles' as one lovely lady said) images from our personal data bank.  The friendly crowd seemed to enjoy the session and there was lots of fun and chatter between the aisles.  Buoyed by a couple of aromatic clove scented red wines preparted for us by our pal Cocktail Deeva we had lots of fun and gossiped like crazies with the style hungry audience. 

When the show closed we headed to The Ultra Supper Club for dinner and while it's always a fairly safe bet for food it was actually staggeringly good last night.  We loved having expectations flouted.  We'll certainly be going back again soon...

Dancing ensued as did a lot more cocktails - before we finally made it home with just enough stamina to fall asleep.  D'you know what we mean?  Sometimes you can actually be too tired to roll into dreamland?  But last night was the perfect mix of socials and slumber so we actually slept like babies and now feel refreshed and revived and ready to face another fabulous day.  Working from home for a couple of hours then its back to The Fall Home Show for our slots at 2.30 and 6.30.   See you guys then!
