Health kick update.

We've been swimming most days and running on non swim days. What we've found is that steady weight loss and reduced fat intake (and again, most importantly - no booze) have made a huge difference. We've balanced protein and veggies with restricted carb's and the difference has been night and day. We're sticking (sensibly) at it and have never before seen such results!
