Feeling a wee bit dizzy this morning...

Cherri, David, Gale, Alan, Martha, Lionel and both of us - what a fun wee night chez nous!  Several bottles of wine later - and after emtying two magnums of Champagne - we got down to dinner.  We made lentil and peanut soup followed by a massive 5 pound fillet and created a red wine demi glaze with creamy mash and green beans.   Then apple pie for desert... In another life we'd SO have been TV chefs.  Although, by our own admission, we'd need to learn a whole load more about the kitchen...

With the weather being relatively dry we were able to spill out onto the balcony and enjoy our stunning Lake Ontario views.

Finally got to bed around 4am.  A great wee night!

Today we're lolling, still mildly stupified by our ABV.  But hey; it's the weekend, huh?
